Branson BelleI worked out on vacation, not only did I work out on vacation, I got up and left the cozy condo early in the morning to go jogging.  I went to the gym on the resort because it was cold and rainy.  This time, I was prepared for the morning treadmill workout, I ate 1st, and I disconnected the Nike iPod distance tracker.  The old guy on the machine next to me saw me huffing and puffing and sweating, and he said, “You’re going to kill yourself”, to which I replied, “Nope, I’m just trying live longer!”

  1. After putting on weight after having my son, 6 years ago, i’ve never got control of whats going on with my waist line…..until now! Today i finished week 3 and i’m comfortably into my fabulous pre-pregnancy jeans! It’s not good that it’s taken this long but i’m doing it!!! I never thought i could run, i’d walk for miles but the thoughts of running scared me half to death but thats exactly where i was going if i kept this awful lifestyle up. I’m a girl who loves food and i find now that i’m shifting my butt off the sofa, i can still have the odd treat but just cop on with the rest of it. Anyway, this is a bit of a waffle post but just wanted to post something to give myself a little boost for week 4! Carli, thank you!!! x
