Week 3 of my Bridge to 10K training podcast/MP3 is finally posted.  Remember this is a program that I created, so it may be similar to others that you find online, but will not follow it exactly.  Happy Running!

  2. thanks so much for finally doing week 3! Wish I hadn’t given up on waiting for it…I had a 5k race the day you posted this :(. Traffic control was not all it was supposed to be, and we sometimes had to wait to cross streets…boo hiss!
