A quick healthy breakfast: Protein Spinach Smoothie:
Big handful of spinach
Almond milk
Scoop of Vanilla protein powder
Banana
Ice
Blend
Enjoy!

  1. Try it with a fuji apple and one sweet pepper sometime instead of the banana. Also tasty and a little lower on the glycemic index (I think).
