2/3 Cup of Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
1 Tablespoon of Almond Butter
1 Banana Peeled and Sliced
1/4 Cup of Raisins
1 Tablespoon of Pecans or Walnuts
1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon
Cook oats on Stovetop according to Package Directions. Stir in Almond Butter until well combined. Add banana slices, raisins, walnuts and cinnamon. Makes 2 servings.
Notes: Riper bananas are sweeter, and you can use steel cut oats, they just take longer to cook.
