A Simple Solution to Get a Better Nights Sleep

I called my Big Little Sister and told her “hey sister I have these really large boobs that make it uncomfortable to sleep at night.” And she very matter-of-factly said “yeah me too every night.”

I replied “I told you because you’re a massage therapist, I know you have a good understanding of the human body.”  She recommended that I sleep in a bra or get a body pillow.  That same day I got one at Walmart for $12. The only one they had in the store was rainbow colored with zebra stripes. As much as I love animal print, that was a little too busy for me, and it totally clashes with my red and black bedroom.

But I really needed a comfortable nights sleep, so I got it.  When I was pushing the cart sized giant pillow through the store, a little girl who looked to be about 10 years old said “Oh look Daddy that’s the pillow I have in my room!” Oh great, I’ll look like a 10-year-old.

But nonetheless, I slept with the body pillow. And it was great! For the next two days I woke up rested. It was so good not to feel so incredibly tired. Even the morning that I woke up at 5:30 AM to go and work out at the gym with my trainer, I was of course sleepy but not downright exhausted. I just thought I would share this because a simple $12 purchase has given me a better nights sleep. Better sleep leads to better health. My only regret is that I’m just now trying it out.
