Intro: Welcome to Week 2, I’m so excited that you decided to keep going! The tip for this week is to keep a journal, you can write whatever you like, Oprah agrees that writing your thoughts is good for the soul.

The Routine: This week You’ll have a brisk five-minute warm-up walk. You will then have 6 intervals alternating 90 seconds of jogging and two minutes of walking for a total of about 20 minutes. We’ll finish up with a 5 minute cool down.
