Carli’s Bridge to 10 K Training Podcast/MP3 (Under Construction)
Hey Everybody, it’s Carli from RunningIntoShape.com! Thanks for checking out my Bridge to 10K podcast. I’m an ACE certified group fitness instructor, and blogger on a personal mission to go from Fat to Fit to Fierce! After the huge success of my Couch to 5K training podcast, I was inspired to help build the Bridge to the 10K. I created my own 10K training program. To begin this 8 Week program, you should already comfortably run a 5K or about 3 miles several days a week. Each week of this program will begin with a 5 minute warm up walk, followed by my voice prompts to let you know where you are in your run, and when it’s time for a 5 minute cool down. Unlike the Couch to 5K, you will run four days each week instead of three. Since I created my own training plan, just click the links below for more details on each week.
