What its Like to Workout at 6 AM

5:25 AM

ALARM: GET UP RIGHT NOW!!!

MIND: OMG, what is that obnoxious noise??

ALARM: GET UP RIGHT NOW!!!

BODY: This warm bed feels great.

ALARM: GET UP RIGHT NOW!!!

MIND: I’ll just pay the cancellation fee for not showing up to hot yoga class. It’s still dark, a clear sign I should be asleep.

ALARM: GET UP RIGHT NOW!!!

BODY: Well…maybe you can do this for me?

MIND: I guess it is dumb to pay a fee if I’m already awake and feel fine.

 ALARM: GET UP RIGHT NOW!!!

MIND & BODY: Ok, ok, ok, we’re up.

7AM: Post Hot Yoga Class

BODY: *Sweaty from head to toe* I’m feeling strong and accomplished.

MIND: I’m rejuvenated and ready for the day.

MIND & BODY: Thank you! You’re awesome.

Getting up early is still very hard for me, but I never ever regret a workout!
