Hey Carli! Great blog! I have tried the Couch to 5K program a few times but rarely make it past week 3 due to my long battle with shin splints. A friend just recently forwarded me your website and I’m loving it so far! So much that you’ve inspired me to get my butt moving again! You can do it! Take your time, and don’t push yourself too hard. Set your own standards, and you will succed.
