  2. First off… 5 miles!! Woot! That’s awesome! And with a nearly perfect pace. You’re making great progress.

    Secondly, would it be possible for me to join the Team in Training and help raise money/run the 1/2 with you in April? My aunt passed away almost a year ago because of Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma and I’d love to pay tribute to her by doing this. I’ve gone to their website several times but I can’t figure out how to get more info.

  9. Hey Carli,
    Today I did my first day of week 1 of your podcast. I currently weigh 300lbs so I wasn’t sure that I could make it. I did the entire thing today and I am so amazed. Any attempt I have made n the past to run have been very short lived. I walk sometimes…lol Anyway, I know it was just day 1, but I really didn’t struggle and I feel it was partly because of your playlist and nice voice coming in so I didn’t have to think about anything……Thanks girl! Oh and a big congrats on your own personal progress.

  10. Katherine, that it fantastic! I hope you moved on to week 2. Sometimes it’s harder for us juicy girls. Don’t feel bad If you have to repeat days or weeks, that’s fine. Move at your own pace and listen to your body. Don’t over do it, or try to skip days, even if you feel like you can. The program is designed to work. You will be a runner. I hope to see you up on my wall of fame this spring. Good Luck!
