Hello new people! Welcome, I’m so excited that you decided to stop by my website. Perhaps, you set a new year’s goal to learn to run or to complete a 5K. Well, you’ve come to the right spot. I’m Carli, and I created a Couch to 5K podcast that you can download for free here. The podcast has great music, has vocal cues to tell when to run. After 9 short weeks, you WILL be a real runner. It doesn’t matter how old, or how fat you are. There is proof my podcast works. Check out my Wall of Fame which is full of successful 5K runners and my Roll Call post where runners all over the world shared their stories of inspiration. Right now, I’m training for my second half marathon to raise money to fight cancer, while continuously fighting the battle of the bulge. Thank you SO much for the C25K podcasts! My husband and I are doing it together and tomorrow is our last day of week 4. I’ve started it a couple of times and never gotten this far in it and I know a huge part of my success is your podcasts! Before I always tried to keep track on a stopwatch or counting laps and it was so stressful and I’d get mixed up. It’s a no-brainer with the podcasts, plus I love having something to listen to besides my own thoughts! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
