Strawberry Grape Smoothie

 An Easy Low Calorie Sweet Tasting Smoothie with NO added sugar or sweeteners

Ingredients

  • 1 handful Grapes
  • 1  handful Strawberries
  • 1 cup Ice

 

Note

My Dad, shared this recipe with me.  I’m so glad he did.  Its quick easy, surprisingly sweet and just a few calories with no added sugar. You can add a squirt of fresh lime juice to take the flavor to a whole new level! Try it and let me know what you think.

 Directions:

                Step 1
Add Strawberries to Blender
                Step 2
Add Grapes to Blender
                Step 3
Add Ice to Blender
                Step 4
Blend until Smooth & Enjoy

    I’m a huge smoothie girl too. Whatever fruit is in the house!
    I love to add a couple handfulls of baby spinach or even a couple cups of romaine lettuce.
