  1. Hey Carli! Great blog! I have tried the Couch to 5K program a few times but rarely make it past week 3 due to my long battle with shin splints. A friend just recently forwarded me your website and I’m loving it so far! So much that you’ve inspired me to get my butt moving again! I’ve always wanted to be a ‘runner’ but just havent been able to make it past that hump. Thanks for the motivation, Carli!

    • You can do it! Take your time, and don’t push yourself too hard. Set your own standards, and you will succed.
