    So far I have recruited three friends to do your Couch to 5K podcasts!!!! And one of my friends has two of her coworkers doing it as well! So you have homegirls in West Palm Beach, FL; Gainesville, FL; Jacksonville, FL; and Greensboro, NC running to your podcasts! Can’t wait for the 5K to 10K podcasts!! I am on Week 2 of the Couch to 5K program :o)

    • Hey Janiece!!! Look at you. Thanks for promoting my podcasts. It feels so good to help people do like I did, and get up off the couch and start running. I wish you ladies the best of luck, and I hope to see you on the wall of fame in just a few weeks.

Just wanted to let you know that I LOVE your Podcasts and am soooo glad that I came across them as the others I was using were a tad on the boring side. 🙁 I am finishing up Week 3 and was looking ahead…any chance the Week 5 Podcast will be fixed any time soon?? Keep it up everyone you are doing great!! 🙂

    • Thanks Tammy! I’m glad you like them. I was supposed to go to the studio today and fix week 5, but we got snow here in St. Louis, and my street was pretty icy. I didn’t want to risk it. Both my Mom and my cousin saw cars spinning in circles this morning on the icy roads. But it’s definitely on my list of things to do in the near future. I’ll put up a post when it’s fixed.   4. I just dowloaded the podcasts. I am starting Monday and am registered for a 5K on March 14th. I can’t wait to start and I love the same music, so thank you for making the podcasts. I will be making a donation to thank you.

  5. I’m on week 8 and just started investigating your site! I love your podcasts but I’m now curious on the fixes of week 5 and 7?? What was wrong with them? I’m onto week 8 but wondered if I didn’t run as long as I was supposed to in week 5 and 8. I mostly run outside so I don’t have a timer to look at. Thanks and keep running all!

    • They weren’t major problems. There are several people who finished the 5K using the flawed ones. Week 7 was 3 minutes too short. I added a new song, and now it’s the right length. The week five intervals were 2 minutes too long. Just this weekend I went back to the studio and fixed week 5, so it should up soon. If you come across any other errors, please let me know. Thanks.
