Hola, girls and boys!  I’ve been so busy writing my butt off, nearly every day.  I have exciting news!  In January of 2013, I will be releasing my first eBook.  It’s called Running Into Shape: The Official 5K Training Guide.  It’s a supplement to my Couch to 5K Training podcasts, and has helpful tips for newbies and little known information for runners with a little more experience. 

I can’t wait to share it with you all.  Also, as an added bonus, every book purchase comes with a free download of my brand new Race Day Podcast/MP3.  So many people tell me that they run “with me” on race day.  I thought it would be a special treat to create a special recording designed specifically for race day.  The best part of all, is that it is designed for both a 5K race or a 10K race with over an hour of motivational words to carry you through the race and great new music to keep you moving.  2013 is gonna be huge!  I can’t wait!!!

  3. I am so excited!! I just love your podcasts! I am on week 6 and really want to continue. Do you know when you will be able to finish the B210K podcasts? Can’t wait to get your book!!
