I was being a little too grown this weekend, and thought that since I lost 50 lbs, I could wear 3 inch high heels all weekend my highschool reunion….not so much.  My ankles are killing me!  I can hardly go up an down stairs, let alone go running.  So, I decided to spend my time improving the website.  I’m so excited it’s coming along rather nicely.  I finally figured out how to upload the podcast!!!!!  Week One is there- ENJOY!  Also, If you’re running to lose weight, I found a great article called, Trick Yourself Thin.  Many of the tips they mentioned pulled me through the difficult spots on my journey from Fat to Fit to Fierce.
