I think I’m still in vacation mode. Feeling pretty lazy. But, I did make a trip to the recording studio today. I recorded the vocals for Week 3 of the Bridge to 10K podcasts months ago, but didn’t have the music together. I get emails daily, asking when I’m going to finish, so I decided that I should give you an update. I have several other creative outlets that I want to pursue, but I need to finish what I started. When I first created my 5K podcasts, I had a vision of creating a 10K training podcast for the dedicated runners who want to take it up a level. So, many of you will be glad to know that it has moved up towards the top of my to do list. Additionally, I plan on running a 10 K this summer, so I will be training with you. I have to run with the new recording, and make sure everything sounds good, and then send it back for editing. Once everything sounds smooth, I will post the final version. Later!
YAYYYYYYYYY! I love your podcasts, and I’m so hungry for longer ones. I’ll do the 10K right along with you.
Just a little feedback. I love your standard (hip-hoppy) music best. So snappy and easy to workout to. Makes running easier for sure. Even though, I am a Rock Lover. The Rock selections were not nearly as easy to run to. I’ll listen to them when out walking… but when I want to Kick It Out… I always go to your standard play list. Thank you so much for making running fun!!!
Patty, no worries, it will be the standard pop/hip hop mix. I will see if he can send the rough cut to me for a practice run today or tomorrow.
Love it!
Awesome! I just graduated C25K, so I will look forward to running the 10K podcasts with you 🙂
I’m almost done the 5k podcasts and hopefully will be training for a 10k at some point… Looking forward to the new podcasts! Thanks so much for all of your hard work. 🙂
Awesome Carli, Thank you so much. Running my second race this weekend, it is a 5K. My neighbor is going to run with me, hoping to get in the 28 minute range.
Bill
we are so excited for your 10k podcasts!
