My First Week of Weight Watcher’s Beyond the Scale

Overall… I LIKE IT! Even though I haven’t done a “diet” in a while, I was unconsciously subscribing to so many diet like ideas.  I’d get a burst of inspiration, eat no carbs for 2 or 3 days, and then binge on cookies and ice cream, repeat.
