I was so busy on Saturday, and The Weather Channel threatened snow, so I missed my workout. No worries, I made up for it today. It was still a little cold so I went to the gym. The little sister and her friend joined me. I’m up to week 8 in my training schedule, which is a 28 minute run. I did it! I felt some pain about half way through, but I had to shake it off because my race day is sooner rather than later.
