Hey everybody! I previously mentioned to you that I made a new Couch to 5 K podcast. One of my dedicated followers picked all of the new music. He loves the music, but I think it’s a little too slow for running. It has lots of Rock, Grateful Dead and a whole week dedicated to the 80’s. Most of the artist I’ve never even heard of. However, I realize that my original podcast is geared toward my age and music demographic. I want to expand and reach a larger crowd, and help more people. Is anyone willing to try it out? If you are willing to be my human guinea pig, just leave a comment or send me an email and I’ll let you know how to get a copy of it. Thanks!

I’m creating a private link with all of the new podcasts. I still need a few more testers. Then I’ll find out whether it’s Pump it or Dump it? Sink or Swim? Play it or Slay it? Rock it or Drop it? I need to know. With your criticism, I can make it better.
I like to run to hip-hop but I would love to try something new. I’m a recent graduate of the C25K program and am now going back and using the podcasts as “interval training.” Even though I run for the entire 30 minutes (sometimes more), I still cannot run an entire 5K. I’m hoping that the interval training will make me faster. Can I play too?
I LOVE your C25K! I have tried every diet and exercise program out there and have failed! I am on week 3 of C25K and I am loving how I feel! I am not a runner to begin with, but have found in the last three weeks that I am able to run with you without getting winded! When I am finished with these nine weeks, I would be so excited to try your new podcasts! Count me in!

Carli – I am training with three friends for a 5K on June 5th. We are raising money for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s Team in Training. We would not have been able to get through as much as we have without your podcasts!!! We are starting Week 5 tomorrow – we love the music you have now – but we would love to test out the new jams! Thanks for what you have done with these podcasts – I’ve been telling everybody I know about them! You truly are an inspiration!

I’ve tried to put together a playlist that had alternating 60 and 90 second long tracks so I’d know when to run and when to walk, but then someone sent me a link to your C25K. It’s so much better than trying to run to Johnny Cash!
